Everything except biped rigging.

okay so i made the animations and on the ghosts animation importer they're is an export button.i hit that save it as a .JMA file (and that is what the animation i am swapping it for is) and in tool make my new animation.i switch it out in the animations editor and ingame it just looks like i'm crouching with a rocket launcher any ideas?
