A self-fulfilling prophecy of endless possibility

Gargh. I have been fiddling with them for the past hour but to no avail. I am kinda understanding what the different inputs mean... but not really. Does anyone have any experience in what they do? If so, is it possible to perhaps give my a quick blow by blow on what each section does?

I'm just looking at it in context of the broken elevation check-marks on vanilla CE...

Also, if this has already been done before, feel free to tell me to use the search bar - I have to admit I forgot to do that.

Thanks in advance anyway!

By multitex overlays do you meanmultiple detail maps? I am not in full comprehension of what you mean here.

I got them to display even when not zoomed in, but unfortunately they won't scroll horizontally as I'd like. I myself am still experimenting with them. I've modified the bitmaps to show themselves as horizontal, but the effect is still vertical.

Ahh, I see, I noticed the zoom fade section under Effectors, I'm guessing it is something to do with that? Does horizontal offset not do what it's labelled as? Haha, oh dear.

Just so I can check, from what I've gathered, you don't want to set the co-ords of the tick marks to be central, but to the top of where you want them to appear, and then change the vertical offset...? Is that correct?

I also found that the mask for the ticks doesn't seem to work like the devs intended, is there any way to get that to function as it is supposed to?

Thanks!
