You need to create a texture, then turn it into a bitmap.

If you need to know what to do after that you need to watch some tutorials. :)

Um, like a regular .jpg or .png picture. I just wanna know how, because I finished with a map I made, just wanted to add a credits room. Here's some screenshots of the map I'm making:

Um all bitmaps to be compiled in a map need to be compiled from the .tif format.

I would like to know how to do this too. Do you create a scenery tag, maybe?

you need to use some program like micromedia fireworks or something and export the jpg into a tiff. (make sure it's in the proper halo dimensions.) then you just use that tiff like any other bitmap in your CE directory.
