Is there a way I can get AI to jump off little ledges without command lists. Basically, if I have an elite on the second floor, I want him to jump down to the first floor naturally, without command lists.

i don't think so. Why don't you want to use a command list?

well, that would make it more complicated. and also, they wouldn't do it on their own, and they would only do it if you told them to, which would make it less interesting. but i'll do that.

I haven't tried it yet but slappy told me that there is a checkbox in the actor variant called "dives off ledges". Just turn that on.

Just use command lists. Once it gets within the defined area, you can make it jump or fall off. I've done this before, it's really quite simple.

So then theoretically, I could put a tiny trigger volume in the area where I want them to jump down from, and then the trigger volume would trigger the encounter to run a command list or something like that???
