I have no idea why but for some reason the gbxmodel of biped I compiled is becoming stretched out and attached to other units on the map. I'm not sure why because I exported another biped using the exact same method. My first thought was that something was wrong with the skin modifier but this model is just a modified marine and the arms, legs, body, and all but one of the heads were not even modified, they still have their original imported skin modifier.

Here is my problem:

But this one came out ok:

If any can tell me what causes this I can fix it, but until then I have no idea.

First, what graphics card do you have? I have seen this before in someone's broadcast once and it was due to some graphics issue. I can't remember how he said he fixed it, but I don't think your problem is not in the gbx model.

Actually, can you post a video of it also? That will help to determine better what is the issue.

ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics

I'll have a video up in a few minuets, but why would the video card cause this if the model is just the in-game marine with one new head permutation?

I was shooting where the biped was placed in sapien.

Hmm. Well maybe it is something wrong with the biped. Import the .gbx model and start moving the frame around to see if there is anything that does not follow or happens to stretch.

Every thing animates fine in max, and like I said before, most parts of this model have not been modified at all, just imported then exported.
