I've got a .tiff file that has transparency set up on it, but when I compile it and put it on a model, the transparent spots are replaced with black.

Duplicate the Alpha Channel as a new channel.

Are you sure you are setting up the alpha correctly? If not. Here is a reference of how alpha should properly be defined. If yes then ignore this and I have no clue what the issue is.

nevermind; my size was at 510x510 instead of 512x512, so the bitmap didn't change from the bad one :x
