I need Help! :( did somebody know how to create windows and doors in a scenery base? Because I use editable poly, then Inset the polys, and bridge them. But tool show me too many open edges. (I am creating a house)
P.D. żAll the videogames creators make their games without open edges in maps, and players?!

download and watch this tutorial,he shows you how to make the windows, and also how to make sure the polgons around the windows are the same depth, it will show you by using line modeling,then converting to editable poly. http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1782edit..you could also try improting the wrl file that will be in your halo custom editiom programe files,when imported you will see the problems you need to fix. I Watched this tutorial long time ago, and i use that tecnic to create windows, but tool says that the house have OPEN EDGES

Yes! I import the .wrl file all the time, but i don´t know how to fix open edges
