I have 2 months with this problem! :S When i use tool collision-geometry command, it says that tool couldn´t update some edges... I imported my .wrl file and i detected 2 edges in one face. :S The problem is that when i delete the unnecesary edge, tool says that i have 1,000,0,000,0 of open edges. My question is ¿How i can remove the unnecesary edges?

Draw the edges again. Couldn't update edge means hat the edge is being used in a strange way. The best way to describe it, I think, is a balloon that has been stapled.

I just move the edges, but now the problem is this.
Couldn't read map file './toolbeta.map' ### Casa2_collision.jms ### ERROR couldn't build bsp because of overlapping surfaces (orange). ### ERROR couldn't build bsp2d. ### ERROR couldn't build leaf. ### WARNING found nearly coplanar surfaces (red and green). ### ERROR failed to import collision bsp. ### ERROR couldn't import permutation 'casa2_collision' of node 'frame' ### ERROR failed to import collision model 'casa2\casa2'.
In 3ds max the .wrl file show me the errors, and all my house is Green due to coplanar surfaces :S

The orange errors are the deadliest. I have struggled with these during making the bsp's for pitfall and descent. My fix is to make sure everything is clear, then scale the model up by 1%. Since this is a collision model... you might want to scale up the casa2 model accordingly.

Late this is, but I have similar issues. Tool tosses me a bunch of overlapping surface errors (300+), despite the fact that there is no possible way there could be overlapping faces...
