How would I make it so that a wall will block bullets, but you can walk through it, basically, how would I turn a wall.scenery into a surface like a bubble shield?

I was trying something like this once, I actually made it an unkillable biped and checked the box that allows it to pass through units. It worked for the most part but explosions would move it, and the medusa and omnipotent cheats will kill it.
As I was typing this, I just thought, maybe you could make it a vehicle instead of a biped. That would fix the explosion issue if set the physics right. However, I'm not sure if the passes through other units box is still available for vehicles.

What is done with the bubble shield is creating an equipment tag with that collision. Equipment tags fit for this in that they block bullets, but not bipeds, which is exactly what you need. Make it an equipment.
