1 of slashes last posts explained that he was re-doing textures,and could do with an animator to help with a few things,think he has this map and another 1 of or 2 he's currently doing things on.
that's all i know so far goober,but only the slash can update this properly.

actually, apart from trying to do some stuff on the model so tiled textures can be minimally used, that about covers it pretty well. Yes I am working on a few projects. Oh and another issue is the lack of modern weapons for the map.

Well if ur going for the modern look, you'd best replace the hog with a humvee.
I wouldn't mind for a haloish version though...

well as far as for generator facility, the vehicle tags will most likely be removed to conserver for tag space

For that type of map there shouldnt even be any vehicles. Generator Facility is a map built for battles, CTF/KOTH/Slayer = One hell of a game.

For a small map like this, wouldn't it be interesting to make crates and other debris into vehicles you can't enter? That way, they fly around when someone chucks a grenade at them.

heh, I would do that, but I would have no idea how to tag it and if I did that, I would have to remove grenades and make grenades a pickup only equipment because people would overspam grenades so badly.

Imagine if I had scenery like that and someone put infinite grenades on!

no. It will be getting a makeover to make it look much better and I won't be posting anything more as far as updates until I am close to the final BSP.

LOL you really bumped this. but let me put some light on this on where we went wrong.

1. it was a hydro and slash project crap never gets done.
2. we were making it like counter strike tdm
3. slash decided he found a way to make textures look better
4. we were trying to implant alot of thing that were unique

we might come back to this but i dont see it happening any time soon

I actually had an alpha version of the BSP in .max format, and still do on my old HDD, if i can access the files on it soon.
