Are there any good tutorials for making a a dropship or phantom come into the map and drop off AI. I know it has to do with animations. Or is there a way I can get an AI as the pilot, and then I can guide the pilot with scripts and commands lists to tell him exactly what to do? This is the one major thing that is holding me back from making the amazing maps that I have planned in my head. I really want to make those maps, and make them good. I want to make them soooo good, and I know I can do it if only I were able to control these dropships. PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ help me, I already posted a different Subject up about Dropships, but I'm posting another one because I really want this to work. plzzzz help.

So of course, I have been doing investigating and I have a little bit of an idea of what I'm doing.
I have some basic scripting experience, and I was looking through the Scripting Bible and found this.

(scenery_animation_start )

Maybe I could use this command to give a .scenery animations extracted from b40 or something?

Are there any good tutorials for this? I Googled, but only found 1 result. I'm looking into that one: it's this one: http://haloce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=4988
I see he's scripting animations, but I don't have animations, nor do I know how to make them. plzz help

Many thanks,
Xoronatus :)

Yeah, I kind of thought that they were just scenery, but since the turret gun shoots so it seemed like you would need an ai to use the gun.

So to do this, I would use a c_dropship.scenery and give it animations in a script? How would I do that, for example, make the dropship come down drop the AI off, and then fly off?
