i typed in tool animations newfolder\animations and pressed enter and all it said was animation compressed 0 bytes and when i go into guerrilla the folder is not there

do not type animations in the path leading to your folder. Let's say you were recompiling the first person pistol animations you would type: tool animations weapons\pistol\fp

It will look for the animations folder automatically. So your command would look like: tool animations newfolder

If your animations was located at:
data\weapons\pistol\fp\fp.jmo

You would type:
tool animations weapons\pistol\fp

the folder is called animations thats why i put newfolder\animations and i want to compile 3rd person animations
