I've been searching online, and just haven't found anything. Its about time to join the forums ;)

I recently created sidewinderimproved.map and had a few questions.

Sometimes a vehicle such as the wraith.vehicle tag i use, is invincible to certain fire types, like a scorpians primary weapon! I've tweaked around with the wraiths collision geometry tag to try and fix this, but in fact it looks identical to any other tag. I use this wraith becuase it comes equiped with secondary fire and it's player drivable. Its the "wraith revised" download here on halomaps. But I repeat, can someone tell me how to make the wraith get hurt(the driver, not the wraith vehicle) when shot by scorpians? or any explosive? this wraith is invincible to all but machine gun fire(your pistol, warthog , etc).

Another question: Why is it that i see my map online, 1 server on average during daytime, but can't join any of the games?(I was hoping to play people 4 beta testing) It says attempting to connect, etc, or reconnect(1),(2), then (3) then "you were unable to join the server". I hope they didnt edit the original map or i didnt forget some sort of script to allow multiplayer,(I saw a server with 2 people so maybe that not the case).

I think there is a checkbox somewhere that says passes damage to children.

yep found checkbox, its checked tho;( guess ill settle for invincible wraiths

I believe passing damage to children passes damage to the driver.
If you can't find a way, check the material of the wraith and the damage_effects, could be that the damage effects cause 0 damage to material such as thick metal.

Hmm. Thankyou! Now I have something to start with. Much appretiation! I'll get on the dammage effects.. never thought of that.
