I know this isn't exactly Halo, but it's to do with it a bit so I'll just post it here. When I start up my Xfire, it works. When I try halo combat evolved, it works. When I do halo custom edition, it DOESN'T WORK!!!! Can anyone give me any suggestions of how to fix this?

both halo and halo custom edition is up to date and when i try to load halo custom edition through xfire, it won't work. So Xfire detects halo custom edition, but it won't go together. What is up with it?

You or someone on your computer must have disabled xfire ingame.

The cracked version of Halo Custom Edition you might be using (assuming this is the problem) may not be compatible with xfire. Don't ask me how I know this (and yes I do own a legit copy of Halo.)

I do own a legit copy of Halo.

Maybe for your Mac.

I have a Mac computer and a PC computer. Both are separate laptops.
My PC computer is rarely able to reach the internet, which is why I have to use my Mac most of the time to reach the connection from the same distance. (since PC's have fail wireless).

Did you manually detect it?

at fist i let it detect games, and it detected halo ce. so i tried to launch it through xfire but no luck. so i went to options and made sure it was on the games list, and xfire in-game was on and everything. still it wouldn't work...

assassin means did you manually add halo by...do as you would normally by clicking options then games..let it detect the games then click on halo in the list on the left and then in the box on the right click on the drop down box and set to manual then click on browse and locate your halo.exe
click apply and okay then restart xfire.if that doesn't work then i have no idea.sorry dude
