Uhhh Qwerty, this is a Halo 2 Vista Forum. Anyways, there are some people that have no better way to spent their sad hours but to crash servers and ruin experiences. Really it's sad. There's really no way to avoid this, and I'm afraid Microsoft has all but abandoned Halo 2 Vista. So idk really.

I give up! With no solutions to this problem, I have no choice but to uninstall the game. It makes no sense trying to play online and the game crashes on almost every server. I have no idea which is the dedicated server from the poison servers...

to be honest then I dont think hackers are reason to crash the game, or your the unluckiest person on world. it might be something to do with drivers, are there any other symptoms, like screen flickering before the crash or something like that ? Edited by beazt on Dec 9, 2010 at 10:35 AM

Cool story, bro.
Blame me for the initial crashing event, too bad Microsoft doesn't care, not even a tiny update to fix the unrender-able char or the buffer overflow. xD

Actually, my laptop does have the minimum requirements to play the game. It plays fine and there are no fatel problems, except for the occasional slowdowns. The game has fewer crashes now, after using a combination of ideas: 1. Installing and using Game Booster 2.0 (Beta) 2. Downloading and Using a patch 3. Downloading and using the Anti-Crash programme.
