sorry for bothering so many times you do not already know what to do first is about the good tool I need to know the requirements that are used for the programs will work well as sapien, guerrillla tool and what happens is that the tool does not open it open it and closes but when he opens quickly open a command window and it closes and we need to know if the version of halo ce or pc

Do you mean that the tool.exe opens a command window which shows for a split second, closes and then nothing happens?
