I know everyone is getting tired of the whole flood thing but i just got a random idea that might get a few people interested again. Flood animals. If they made it to other planets and Earth then why not right?

I mean think of it, a flood hound maybe? A wolf? Or just for kicks and giggles, a flood cat.

Yes i just went there. Although the flood hound sounds good to me. What about you guys?

I think it would only be on animals similar to or larger than humans, because flood don't like light-weight small things with little biomass.
Big cats, elephants, girraffes. WHALES.
for some reason thinking of non-humanoid flood is even more disturbing.

I just figured a flood hound would be nice if you beefed up the upper torso and gave it a meaner looking face, maybe the flood...whatever those are sticking out of the heart. If someone were to put it into a single player or something then it might or would snarl and leap for you sense half of them pretty much already do. Towards the end, a few levels in Halo 1 give a sense of horror to the story i think that might add to it a little and create a new and more threatening enemy.

Pretty much something like that but you have the flood spore and its antenna coming out of its heart on the left side of the chest (your right) and not as long of a tongue. The face would be a little more defined also.
