Lol, i believe solitude is a Homebrew game, and because of this it's graphics aren't really going to be all that great, the psp's graphics capabilites though, are pretty good for a handheld system.

that's a very shallow reason not to invest in something. you should become aware of the features before you jump to conclusions. the system can play homebrewed quake mods, games, browse the internet, play movies, mp3s, etc. hell, even the open source marathon engine Aleph One was ported to the psp, unfortunately the working versions are no longer available.

and if you think graphics are what make a game fun, you should rethink your perspective. have fun investing hundreds of dollars and upgrading your graphics card and computer to play all these new crap games out these days because they're "pretty"

Portal 2 is pretty.

Also the PSP does have really nice graphics. At least in hte games designed for the PSP I.E. SOCOM fireteam bravo. I want to see this when they finish it. And make sure you have a good physics engine. The Quake engine I think is pretty god. Are you able to make rag-dolls?
