I DO NOT WANT GMAX , becuase there is not a single tutorial that involves it, I need 3ds max becuase the only version of gmax i can find cant be used with tutorials becuase it missing half the tools.

The student version which you can only get if you are enrolled in some form of computer graphics class in college costs approximately $300 - $400 The full version for people in the profession is about $3,000.00 Oh and BTW, apart form some rendering features, and maybe a few other features, gmax IS basically 3ds max. Layout is the same, buttons are the same, you just sometimes have to download external programs to do certain things that 3ds max can do by default, and yes, granted it is a little hard to find them.
