I this when I try to strcuture my jms file I get this:

Couldn't read map file './toolbeta.map'
building intermediate geometry...
building collision geometry...
reducing collision geometry...
building collision bsp...
reducing collision bsp...
verifying collision geometry...
### ERROR vertex #0 has a bad point.
### ERROR failed to import collision bsp.

What do those errors mean and how do I fix them. I am using gmax so I don't think I can use a wrl file.

Ive never seen that error before and its not even in the Official HEK tutorial. Try selecting all the vertices and welding them all or just look at the WRL and find the error and try to fix it. (reconstructing those faces or edges sometimes helps)

Tool does not seem to create a wrl file for it. How do you weld in gmax? I have never figured out how to do that.

This will show you how to weld: http://i334.photobucket.com/albums/m421/_Ro0ster_/Capture-46.png

Try that, then recompile and show us if you get any errors.

If I try to weld all the points in the level at once I get "No vertices within weld threshold"
I have managed to weld points that are close together. I have no idea what Vertex #0 is so I tried welding the corners to the points around them. No luck.

The problem is that I don't know which point is #0.
