I have this error

sometimes i got that error i think but i can't remember what i did to fix it. It was easy tho....i think.
Either there is a corrupt tag maybe, u didn't open the tag as admin but it has been previously editted as admin or u have to change the affinity. Yeah, I can't remember. Just wait a sec.... Dam couldn't find it There is a discussion which held the solution to my sapiens f#*k up which had a link to a discussion by Doug with a link to a page that had all these fixes for errors such as this.
