Load Halo in a window, and begin using a video recording device (preferably fraps). Then, alt tab out, load guerilla, and start playing the sounds. Once the sounds have played, alt tab back in, and cut the recording. Use an audio extracting program to extract the sounds.

Is that an issue? I said "preferably". Doesn't mean you have to.

you should use the xfire video recorder, it records game video and audio better than hypercam
(in my experience).

Why not just use windows sound recorder?
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> (I think it's under the entertainment subcategory on XP, don't remember though).
