Is there any special scenery...well I dont know how to word this but an example would be the targets that pop up in "The Pit, Halo 3 Multiplayer map"

I have those brute pop-up targets. They need to be device machines in order for them to react to a player being nearby.

Animated scenery is completely possible, been done a million times.

Tutorial:

Example:

Note that the popup targets are more likely device machines or AI than animated scenery.
