I think its a hacked tool that allows you to compile maps that are larger than the MB limit. However this can be bad as it can make the game crash(I think sandtrap used this, which is the culprit for the exceptions)

i posted this because i couldnt find it on halomaps. and it is tool with more space allocated i think. aka a better tool. i tried the regular tool method, idk if that worked or not
