Is there a way to make a tornado in a sp game, like a animated scenery that looks like a tornado going around a map and have wind speed very high that it's like a real tornado? Is this posible? BTW, is it posible to make scenery fly around like vehicles?

Yes it is.
You can make some animated scenery with some transparent shaders to look brown and add some cool particle effects. I dont think you can make it suck in vehicles, weapons, etc. in real time, but you could make it all one big animation or keep it to cinematic purposes only.

that looks like edited physics, i do it all the time. and that mod i linked it just a smoke cloud i think. also its a demo/trial mod so: http://halodemomods.com/wiki/File:Tornado.zipalso couldnt it be a projectile? like "holds trigger when dropped" or something and then it would work...
