if you are making it for mp, you need to use an "item collection" i think sp may use "weapon" tags
if its mp then, in guerilla make a new item collection make the weight 100 (i think its weight) and select your .weapon tag in the slot. save in item collections single player (with the other .item collections)
in sapien go to netgame equipment and select your .item collection in the properties palate. add it on game window.
i think in sp you can add the .weapon

If you have a sound_cache building error, it means you have a sound tag that the map references that is corrupt in some way. Find what that sound tag is, and either re-compile it or use a different one. Hope this helps.

I typed exactly this into tool: "tool build-cache-file levels\tutorial\m6g_test"
and i got the same error as always. My scenario is called m6g_test.scenario, so i'm pretty sure i typed it into tool correctly.
when i started sapien, I went to the netgame window and selected my m6g.item_collection in the properties pallete and added the m6g in. I saved the went to tool.
What am i doing wrong? Edited by Sergeant 1337 on Sep 27, 2010 at 05:22 PM
