i have 2 types of magnums their the same exept one has a silencer i was wondering is there any way that the animations will work on the other gun crrectly , i tried swaping the animations with guerrilla but , the only thing moving is the chiefs arms but not the gun

My guess is the nodes are not linked to the proper models. for instance, the node for the clip needs to be connected to the clip. If you just swapped anims and this is not working, I recommend importing the gbx models for each so you can check and relink if necessary. Also, check to see if any nodes are labeled differently.

You can rerig one model to the nodes of the other weapon.
