you need to give us a little more data than that, even when a model compiles right it gives that message. Are you sure your .jms compiled right, are you sure you are referencing correctly. Please say you aren't trying to just compile a gmax or .max file. Edited by eliteslasher on Sep 20, 2010 at 02:00 PM

no that's all it says i dose not say anything else in it. I made a column that u would see in Rome. i used a cylinder 100x100x20 converted to a edible poly. beveled it by 40x-40 extruded it by 400 beveled it again by 40x40 and finally extruded it by 20 and for textured it with tutorial_plate_floor. added the frame then exported it with chimp1.6 and blitzkrieg. used tool to make the bitmaps. then created the shadier model. but when i tried to model it with tool it didn't work
PS: i used Gmax Edited by jca_frostbite on Sep 20, 2010 at 03:08 PM Edited by jca_frostbite on Sep 20, 2010 at 03:09 PM

Mine always says it can't find toolbeta.map. Pretty sure it doesn't mean anything. Judging from what you said I think you typed in the wrong directory for your model.
Make sure you put the .jms file into the folder you want and then in a subfolder called "models".
Copy and paste the exact directory of your jms file. I want to see if you saved it in the correct fashion. Edited by SeanTheLawn on Sep 20, 2010 at 04:18 PM

What directory is your model in? It should be like data\scenery\pillar\models\pillar.jms and then in tool you would type: tool model scenery\pillar
