my copy of halo ce does not show bullet holes, fire, explosion, dust, ect. I have all my settings on that would show those things but they still dont work. They work for me in regular halo, but not custom edition. Why does this happen and how can i fix it?

Are you running Halo in safe mode?
Make sure in your Halo shortcut, that -safemode isn't after it. |

Check your graphic settings, set everything to High and On and all you can do^^
