I don't think so, without scripting. It's probably partially possible with scripting.

I'm pretty sure it can work without scripting. I'm not sure how to do it, but try looking at the flood carrier

You don't need a script. Make an effect that spawns a dummy biped which automatically dies (through a damage effect or some other means) and make that biped spawn AI when destroyed (like the flood carrier).
EDIT: Well, I just tested what I said, and I think I was wrong. Nothing I make spawns AI. I'll look into it after class I guess. Edited by seanthelawn on Sep 7, 2010 at 12:08 PM

You spawn a biped with an effect the same way you'd spawn a vehicle, garbage, etc.
