I don't think so, without scripting. It's probably partially possible with scripting.

I'm pretty sure it can work without scripting. I'm not sure how to do it, but try looking at the flood carrier

Yes. Make the biped die and spawn the specified actor_varient. But I don't know how you would have attached the biped, hence giving the ai an encounter.

You don't need a script. Make an effect that spawns a dummy biped which automatically dies (through a damage effect or some other means) and make that biped spawn AI when destroyed (like the flood carrier).


EDIT: Well, I just tested what I said, and I think I was wrong. Nothing I make spawns AI. I'll look into it after class I guess.

You spawn a biped with an effect the same way you'd spawn a vehicle, garbage, etc.
