There is a semi-new map on the CE downloads called The Library, and apparently it has a secret WIP Plasma Repeater. I was wondering if anyone knows where it is in the map or how to get to it. I have been watching these forums regularly for Reach based custom edition content and was hoping to get a hold of some of it.

the map is way to dark. you dont have a flash light. it needs more light
