i have an a50 hangar model (ripped of coarse from the campaign) with some open edges that i can't close or don't no how to close. any takers? i need this so i can add a covie hangar to extinction (make it more balanced). yea im fixing extinction to have less of a plain look to it. i wonder wat happened to Tiamat.

What you do is select all the vertices and weld.

Then export again, should work. When you rip it from the BSP, it dosent have closed edges becuase of the .obj file format.

Oh and uh, Taimat's out fighting for you in Afghanistan. His daughter controls his xfire now, apparently.

wow. lol im going to the army too. and i no about the welding thing. thats the first thing i do with imported models to close the excess open edges and the ones usually left are the sky opening or some tunnel that connects to another bsp.
