i wanna if you can merge 3 structure bsp's into 1 big structure bsp. is this possible or do i have to keep them separate and use switch bsp scripts? and do switch bsp scripts sync online?

The only way to merge bsp's is to do so in 3ds Max.
Otherwise, you would need a script of some kind.

then how do i get a .structure_bsp into .max form? im trying to make a longer warthog run with cmt's d40

Search halomaps for bsp extractor (or converter).
You will find a tool that will allow you to extract bsps from scenario_structure_bsp files.
Bitmaps and material id's included.

i got v2.5 (supposedly without bugs) and the bsp i imported has a crap load of back facing polygons and open edges. i can easily close the open edges but the back facing polis are a problem. do you no how i can make them all face the same way?

when u import the obj make sure normals,texture coordinates are the only thing checked.
