From my guesswork and some logic, I think he's trying to ask how to put a powerup in the maps he is hosting on his server that makes people run faster / make a script to make the players run faster on his server.
Desde mi conjetura y la lógica algunos, Creo que está tratando de preguntar cómo poner un powerup en los mapas que aloja en su servidor que hace que la gente corra más rápido / hacer un script para que los jugadores corren más rápido en su servidor. ¿es esto correcto? |

I think he's asking how to increase the walking speed of players in his server. Either that or he wants a speed hack.
