Sounds like a drug, so I was liek wtf, when I saw this. XD I don't believe anyone has ever tried, but it looks rather simple, but boars are horrible in CE, cuz they can go on land

these are all land vehicles. it was suposed to be a water vehicle...

Boats don't really work well in Halo. The best you can do is make an invisible collision plane under your water plane so vehicles collide into it, and then your vehicles will "float" on water, but they can also go on land, plus all vehicles will be able to cross it, so if you put a warthog in your map it will be able to drive across the water.
