Set the "error angle" setting in the "projectile" section of the .weapon tag. It's near the bottom. It looks like this:

The "Error Angle" setting is what you are looking for. Set that to whatever you want the error to be. The first digit is the initial error angle (what it starts off as), and the second digit is the final error angle; it is the error as you continue firing for the time specified in the error section (shown and explained below).

This is what the Error section looks like:

The first two digits, the 0 and 1, tells you the percentage of the error angle the weapon will use. 0 means it will always use the initial error. 1 means it will always use the final error. If the final error is set to any digit other than 0 or 1, multiply that digit by the final error angle and that is what the weapon will use. Same case for the initial error and initial error angle.

The next setting, the acceleration time, is how long it takes the weapon to go from the initial error (the first digit in the error angle setting) to the final error (the second digit in the error angle setting). If your error setting is set to anything other than one, the final error will be, once again, the final error angle multiplied by the final error.

The last setting, the deceleration time, is how long it takes the weapon to return to the initial error after it has achieved the final error.
