to see the error you need to import your_map_name.wrl or debug.wrl with chimp or a wrl importer script

That would be the debug text, right? I told it not to write that but I can look for it.

Import your wrl in your CE root directory. If you use Chimp, it should import it perfectly. Then, select the errors one by one and start fixing the edges/faces they correspond to, then save and reexport. The debug.txt writes whenever tool, Sapein, Guerilla, etc encounters errors, and you can't change that.

The debug you're referring to is the debug attached to a particular program or script, which you can change, but it does nothing to affect debug.txt. Besides, debug is your friend...why would you want to not write to him? Now he's sad.
