Well... I compiled my biped model with my excusable rig... And... In-game it turned into a piece of crumpled paper. It was just a incomprehensible mess of geometry. There were faces going all the way across the map... It looked good in max. Even when I tested it on a scenery without animations it looked like this.

I figured out the problem finally. There's a flag in the gbx_model tag called "parts have local nodes". Don't check this; it will make your geometry try to "attack" other units.
