HEK+ which on this site just search for it. To actually make you maps you need 3ds map makers like 3ds maxs or gmax.

So i need HEK+, gmax, a tutoruial, whats the exporter thing? I cant find anything on it, or is gmax the exporter? Becuase i doubt that.
