GEONOSIS

I started this a while ago by making a race map on geonosis. I got quite far but the project was pretty much cancelled for reasons only known to lone.
Anyhow, i started this project, although it started by me jest randomly making the vehicles without actually having planned a map. Well now i have. There will (unless i decide otherwise) be the original race
map, along with a large vehicle based map and a small weapons based map. This is to make sure there is a map for all playing styles (kinda).
THE MAPS
All maps are set on Geonosis, in the time of the Battle of Geonosis. Most of the content is based off Star Wars: BattleFront II, with a few other things to fill gaps. All models, vehicles, weapons etc so far
have been made by me, with the exception of most textures and sound which is ripped from BattleFront II.
GEONOSIS RACE

This map is a race map. You will start with a pistol and can get in either a STAP or a BARC speeder. The track is shown in the image above, althoguh i need to make improvements
GEONOSIS

GEONOSIS ARENA
Not yet begun work on. This will be a close quarters map, mainly for weapon use.
THE VEHICLES
Republic vehicles:-
LAAT/i gunship

A large flying vehicle, with a driver, gunner, and 4 passengers. Gunner has control of Heavy lasers and Beam cannons.
STATUS: complete, perhaps minus decent particle effects.
TX130S fighter tank

A hovertank with a driver and gunner. Gunner has control of Light lasers and Beam cannon.
STATUS: complete, perhaps minus decent particle effects.
AT-TE walker

A huge command vehicle. Slow but has heavy armour and weaponry. Gunner controls light and heavy lasers, although driver controls which light lasers the gunner uses (with Q, couldn't help this). 6 cargo
seats. Gunner must climb up leg to get in.
STATUS: complete, perhaps minus decent particle effects.
BARC speeder
A small fast vehicle with very little armour and firepower, suitable for quick journeys such as flag runs. Weapons: Light lasers
STATUS: Not yet begun work on.
POSSIBILITY
Jetpack

A jetpack for quick transportation. Driver uses own weapons.
STATUS: Almost done, perhaps minus decent particle effects.
CIS vehicles:-
Vulture Droid

A very fast starfighter, although often to fast to cause damage, and not well armoured. Weapons: Light lasers
STATUS: complete, perhaps minus decent particle effects.
Hailfire tank
An anti-vehicle tank, with many homing rockets, although slow reload time. Weapons: homing missiles, light laser
STATUS: Not yet begun work on.
Spider Droid
A large and powerful vehicle, with a beam cannon and light lasers.
STATUS: Not yet begun work on.
STAP

A small fast vehicle with very little armour and firepower, suitable for quick journeys such as flag runs. Weapons: Light lasers
STATUS: complete, perhaps minus decent particle effects.
THE WEAPONS
Republic Weaponry:-
DC-15s Blaster Pistol
Pretty much the same as the halo pistol, but overheats in ten shots and has infinite ammo (may change)
STATUS: Not yet begun work on.
DC-15S Blaster Rifle
Blaster carbine, kills in about 13 shots, although has a lot of spread.
STATUS: Not yet begun work on.
DC-15x Sniper Rifle

Pretty much the same as the halo sniper, with a slower fire rate bt bigger clip (6).
STATUS: complete minus FP animations, perhaps minus decent particle effects.
PLX-1 Missile Launcher

A missile launcher with one rocket per clip. Can be charged for homing (like the spartan laser so you can't run around with it charged; 4 second charge time)
Does half damage to a soldier, and considerably more to a vehicle
STATUS: complete minus FP animations, perhaps minus decent particle effects.
FC-1 Flechette Launcher
Similar to the halo shotgun. 1 shot at close range kills, 8 shots in a clip.
STATUS: Not yet begun work on.
DC-15A Blaster Rifle

A long range blaster rifle similar to the halo battle rifle. Can fire 3 shot bursts in automatic or single more accurate shots in semi. 5 shots to the head kills.
STATUS: complete minus FP animations, perhaps minus decent particle effects.
EMP launcher
A deadly weapon against droids - kills in one hit, 2 shots to a clip. SImilar to a halo rocket launcher, altough a PLX-1 is preferable over this against vehicles.
STATUS: Not yet begun work on.
LIESZ-6 Rotary Blaster Cannon
Extremely fast firing, the chaingun is good when attacking multiple enemies at once. Carries a maximum of 3 canisters, each with 200 ammo, which are used up in 7 seconds each. Centre-map

CIS Weaponry:-
SE-14 Blaster Pistol

Geonosian Sonic Blaster

A short to medium range blaster, with slow fire rate and medium recoil. Shots go slowly, but are powerful, and three of them kill a clone trooper.
STATUS: complete minus FP animations, perhaps minus decent particle effects.
Radiation launcher
A deadly weapon against clones - kills in one hit, 2 shots to a clip. A grenade launcher, can be charged for timed grenades.
STATUS: Not yet begun work on.
ALSO LIESOther weaponry:-
Thermal detonater

Very similar to the halo frag grenade. Sticks to vehicles.
STATUS: complete, perhaps minus decent particle effects.
Time Bomb

A very powerful bomb, extremely useful against vehicles. Sticks to anything, five second fuse.
STATUS: complete, perhaps minus decent particle effects.
OTHER USEFUL STUFF
Medical Droid

Slowly heals you, as sheilds do not recharge on this map.
STATUS: complete.
Gonk Droid

Gives you ammunition.
STATUS: complete.
