ok so i switched to 1.07 with version switcher and the instructions dont make since... anyone know whats the problem??

I've had problems for months I had to resolve on my own. But that's irrelevant.
1) What exactlyare you trying to do? 2) Why go on 1.07, It's empty? 3) Just hit the "~" key to open console and type "version" -hit space- then type the version you want to switch to. For example if you wanted to switch to 1.00, open console and type "version 1.00ce" |

By the sounds of things, the name hack only works with 1.07, and he thinks the version changer will somehow change the game files so it will work. Not sure, try finding a name hack that works with 1.09. |

Your best bet is uninstalling and then reinstaling to 1.07. From there, instead of using Version Changer to go from 1.09 to 1.07, use it to go from 1.07 to 1.09.
