I have a model which I have rigged, matched up all the nodes/markers of the elite with, and I'm ready to get it in-game. But I don't know anything about the elite/biped hierarchy. Are all the nodes/markers/bones attached to a frame? Or do they attach to a bone? Probably something else.

So I would attach "elite r hand" and such on to "bip01"? And same with the geometry? Or is it already considered attached with vertex weights?

I meant "bip01 pelvis". I also meant that I have all nodes/markers named and positioned but not linked. I made this thread because I don't know what links to what. Max 2010 select and link doesn't have a "display hierarchy" check. Edit: I found some thing which shows me what I need in max: Solved. Edited by colter13 on Jul 9, 2010 at 10:42 PM

Whoops, missed that. Schematic view works better, anyway. One last thing, do I link both the geometry and bones to the frame?

Ok everything worked, so thanks. But the markers aren't exporting.

My regions aren't compiling, and the markers are only listed under the regions-permutations section.

I tried that, so now I have my regions exported correctly. But the markers are still in the wrong section. Do I need to manually add them?

I was confused because the original model shows the markers on the first markers sections, not the regions. My problem now is that sapien says the model doesn't match the animation graph, even though my model has all the same nodes. The weird thing is that the original model says it has a node count of 25, while mine, 21.

Yes. Does that make any difference?

I got Dennis to change my name, since when I registered, I didn't know my username would also be my display name. And yes, this was my Arbiter (dervish, heh), the first biped I got in-game.
