this is a error i am getting when opening tool.exe sorry I couldn't get all of the message it had I had about half a second to even take this before the program shut down on me please let me know if you have a way to fix this and sorry

tool can be open only with CMD
go to search(start search)
writte CMD
when its finished create a shortcut
and put it on "Halo Custom Edition" directory
to open tool just open the shortcut and writte tool
you ll see all application of tool

EX: tool bitmaps[directory] create a bitmap
tool model [directory] create a gbxmodel
etc...

You can't double-click tool and have it work. You have to have a copy of cmd.exe in the same folder as tool. Run cmd, type
tool
and then whatever. Like:
tool bitmaps weapons\beamrifle\fp\bitmaps
