If you mean the prowler, its kinda similar.

H3 Prowler = H2 Spectre = H1 Spectre (which is that thing)

They all fire plasma.
They all have 4 seats: 1 driver, 2 passengers, 1 gunner.
They all have antigravity.

Only difference is that the Spectres are Covenant, with its alien look to them. The H3 Prowler is of Brute origin, so its gray, and bulky.

H3 Prowler and H2 Spectre fires plasma bolts.
H1 Spectre fires projectiles similar to the H1 turret, its still plasma, just not blue plasma.

there's something missing
H3 Brute Prowler - its a sled with seats on it. Its like the b**t**d offspring of a spectre in halo 2, and that termite infested dumpster in the alley behind my apartment.

and the h2 spectre shoots a ray plasma, whereas the the prowler shoots plasma bolts similar to the covenant depl;oyable turrets in h2 and h3
