It pisses me off to see noobs saying they are horrible with stuff, and expect a respoonse. But anyway, fix the edge errors in your model. Select the edges button in editable mesh. Press select open edges.

Max wont read those as open edges, because they are cannot update edge errors. You have a poly that does not use all surrounding verts. Import the name of level.wrl find the bad edges delete the bad polly re-create the poly using all sorrounding verts.

Edited by Midway Sentinel on Jun 23, 2010 at 03:22 PM Sounds to me there is noting in to point at since... well... there is just noting! Check the following things first: 1. Is there an actuall bsp in your screen or did you forget to make on first. :P 2. If there ain't anything don't worry about that edge, it's not even there. =P 3. This would explain why delete doesn't work since there is noting to delete. XD Ok enough lauching at you. update edge is not the same as open edge. update edge errors mostly occur if a edge used by more then 2 faces. Use chimps .wrl importer to find the edges that give you these errors. Edited by Niels on Jun 23, 2010 at 07:42 PM

My bad, it's an update edge. I'm just used to people asking about the open ones. Gmax can't find the face alone. However, you can try Select Verts> Delete isolated vertices ... just to be sure. Use chimp's .wrl importer. It's in the maxscript. The .wrl is in the Halo ce root folder. It's named your levels name. Find the weird, fix it.
