ok title says it all except this node frame stock whats the stock?

It's the back thing that rests against the shoulder. I don't know if the stock of the CMT is rigged to move though.

um for first person, there is no such node I don't think. as you never need the shoulder. That's why good origins are vary important.

That's not what I meant. The node should control the back part of the gun, which is the part of the gun that rests against the shoulder. However, the stock may not be rigged to move, which means that the frame stock is an unused node. My SMGs are currently rigged such that the stock is able to extend, which makes my frame stock worth something.

Not exactly, I mostly used it for origin purposes when I had done a few animations at random for the SMG.

You wouldn't believe the kind of difference it makes (at least to an animator's eyes) to an origin when the stock it either out, fully in, or somewhere in-between.
