Hey there! I am wondering if it is possible to add Music to a vehicle? Kinda like a radio, but you can listen to only one song. Unless there is a way to add multiple songs and you being able to choose what you want to listen to. Can this be done? Ether one would be great...but i am not sure if ether one can even be done.

Thanks

Rambo was doing this, but I think his way was a little too complex for your purposes. Just make a sound_looping attachment to the warthog, and for the functions make it linked to only when the Warthog's engine is on. On the sound_looping, just loop a single sound with multiple sound permutations on it. Done.

What would be the scrip to play this sound when the phisics of the vehecle you're in are awake?

I saw this onece in a map whit a bounshee but it sucked because it stopt when you stoped pressing W or when you collided whit something. So it's imported that it responds to the physics beÏng awake.

the easiest way i know of is to replace the engine sound with your beats or just script it to play music when you enter a vehicle.

Basically this. Study the Ghost running lights and sound in the ghost vehicle tag, then apply that to the warthog but with a different sound. Pay attention to functions and attachments, namely the "A in" "A out" "B in" "B out" "scaled by" etc.

Can you explain me what that functions do?

Well, what does the word Functions mean? Pretty much that.

Dunno how to explain, it's actually a fairly overlooked but complicated part of CE mapping... I only know the basics. If you wanted to learn more about functions, widgets, attachments, etc., I recommend these tutorials:
http://ghost.halomaps.org/tutorials/tuts/epgs/nitrousoxide_ghostlights.pdf
http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1060

Also, look around and study all the functions of various vehicles and weapons and how they're set up.

Just add the sound looping to the attachments section. Have the primary scale be A out, or whatever the functions is the Headlights. That should allow the music to play, when the warthog has a driver.

Or get a warthog that has the Horn, change the sound to your song, and when you press your crouch button, it will play as long as you hold it. Two problems with this are that the song would start over if you let go, and it can't be toggled unless you mess with the functions.
