Ok here's the sitrep, I don't have safemode on, I recently got faster internet. I go to "Internet" Choose map and game and all, and when I press start it sits on the loading screen saying "Starting Network Server" and after like 10 seconds it says Unable to join. It can't be my firewall I have it set to be ignored. I have been able to join my server before on this same computer. But now it just ain't working anymore. It might be my RAM Space (CPU Usage) because It's been getting lower since my PC is getting older :/. So I might try to get more RAM because I know I have very little. So just give me any suggestions you have because I HONOSTLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!

Actually you just described a firewall issue. The problem is most likely your internet security program not allowing you to connect to the server ports on the machine. The Halo CE Game Client uses ports 2302 for Server port, and port 2303 for Client port so one or both of those ports are disallowed on your PC.

check port 80 aswell but normally that isn't the problem. Just forward some ports (savety is your own risk) and let your server and client run over those ports. All differend ports ofcourse not the same.
