Run cmd.exe

cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition
tool build-cache-file levels\bloodgulch\bloodgulch

There are shortcuts to getting cmd to begin in that root directory, but this is the most... efficient way.

Not helpful... Instead point people to tutorials or resources that help them learn. Otherwise please don't post.

If you're on Windows Vista or Windows 7, type into the search box cmd.exe. Then, run the first result that comes up.

If you're on Windows XP, go to the start menu, and click "Run...". Then, type in cmd.exe
