whenever I try to open up a scenario in sapien after I hit open it closes and then says i tried to open a file that wasn't a scenario

It means the .scenario you tried to open isn't in the right directory. I had that problem the other day, just move the scenario into the tags\levels\mapname folder and it should work fine. You might need to make the folder yourself if it doesn't already exist.

thanks that fixed that but now it closes right after is is opened. Is Sapien compatible with Windows 7

Make sapien run on 1 core, make it run in xp compatibility.
